Technology
A network cable is a precision transmission line: conductor purity, pair geometry, shielding and jacket material decide whether a 100 m link delivers full gigabit — or degrades into re-transmits and speed drops. Here is how we build it right.
100% Bare Copper Conductors
Conductors are drawn from oxygen-free copper rod — never copper-clad aluminum (CCA). Solid 23/24 AWG for horizontal cables, stranded 26 AWG for patch cords. Bare copper delivers the full conductivity the category standard assumes: correct attenuation, full PoE current delivery and stable performance over years of service. CCA looks identical in the box and fails in the wall.
Controlled Pair Twisting
Each of the four pairs is twisted at a different lay length — the classic mechanism that cancels crosstalk between pairs. Differential lay lengths, tight twist rates and consistent tension are maintained through the entire production run, then verified by NEXT and PS-NEXT measurements on the finished cable. Cat6 and above add a center cross-spliner that holds pair geometry in place.
Shielding Architectures
U/UTP: unshielded pairs, unshielded cable — the cost-efficient standard for offices. F/UTP: an overall aluminum foil screen plus drain wire blocks external EMI for industrial floors. S/FTP: each pair wrapped in foil and the bundle covered by a tinned copper braid — the maximum-immunity construction for data centers, medical and process environments. Drain wires are continuous and properly terminated for effective screening.
Jackets: PVC & LSZH
PVC jackets offer proven durability and flexibility for general building use. Low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) jackets emit minimal smoke and no toxic halogen gases in a fire — specified for hospitals, schools, airports and public buildings. Both are extruded in-house with tight diameter control, and can be printed with your brand, length marks and certification codes.
Electrical Testing
Every production lot is tested for characteristic impedance, attenuation, return loss, NEXT and PS-NEXT against the category limits. Patch cords are 100% individually tested and sorted by result. Test reports per lot are available on request — for tenders, quality audits and distributor programs.
Export Packaging
305 m (1000 ft) and 500 m pull boxes with length marking every meter, dust-protected reels, and carton programs for patch cords in polybags of 10/50. Custom box printing, colors and packing configurations are available for OEM programs.
